Owners can move into homes with up to 3,051 square feet. These homes have two to four bedrooms, two-and-a-half to three-and-a-half bathrooms, and attached two-car garages. There are also elevators included in every townhome, running from the lower level to the main level and up to the bedrooms on the top floor. Some homes will feature walkout basements.

There is one floor plan available, the Wildwood, with many possible options and upgrades. Features on the main level include a spacious kitchen with a center island and an open floor plan. There is also a walk-in pantry and an optional fireplace in the great room. An optional patio and/or deck are available on this level, and the deck can be converted to a partially or fully screened porch with skylights. 

Upstairs, the owner’s suite includes a walk-in closet and a bathroom with double sinks and a linen closet. The master bath can be converted to a five-piece bath by replacing the linen closet with a tub. Showers include bench seating. There is a dual master plan option, which combines the second and third bedrooms into a second master bedroom with a walk-in closet.

The lower level includes a large recreation room and sliding doors to an optional patio for buildings with a walkout condition. There is also an option to finish the extra basement space into an additional rec room, extra bedroom, or an office. A full bathroom can also be chosen as an upgrade on the lower level.

Eden Brook by Miller & Smith is located in Columbia, a neighborhood in the Baltimore–Washington metropolitan area. This location puts residents in easy reach of necessities and fun opportunities.

For longer trips, Baltimore/Washington Thurgood Marshall International Airport is only 20 minutes away from the community.
