The Brisbane has 1,725 square feet, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There’s a covered patio outside, and the kitchen includes a center island with space for seating. There’s also a dining area just off the great room. The owner’s suite is at the opposite end of the house as the second bedroom, allowing for privacy. 

The Salem offers 1,796 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There’s extra counter space and a walk-in pantry in the kitchen. Two bedrooms are in the front of the home and share a bathroom, and the owner’s suite is in the rear of the house, with a walk-in closet and dual sinks in the bathroom. 

The Birmingham is a 1,968 square-foot model with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A covered patio in the back is just off the dining room and provides a comfortable outdoor living space. There’s extra storage space throughout the home, large bedrooms, and a mudroom, as well as a laundry room.
