Meadowres of Wildwood offers low-maintenance living in a prime location just 30 miles west of St. Louis. This intimate community includes just 64 homesites, yet its lovely clubhouse invites residents to share a friendly game, attend scheduled events or simply socialize with friendly neighbors.

Opened in 2006, by E-404 Construction, Meadows of Wildwood is a cozy, age-restricted enclave within the larger Wildwood master-planned community, in the City of Grover. E-404 Construction began development on homes in the Meadows of Wildwood in 2006. Upon completion, the community will include 72 detached villas. These charming homes are designed in five floor plans, each named after classic celebrities: The Gary Cooper (1,448 square feet), the Frank Sinatra (1,658 square feet), the Humphrey Bogart (1,756 square feet), the Cary Grant (1,770 square feet) and the Clark Gable (1,840 square feet).

Each home includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an attached two-car garage. Optional finished basements provide additional living space with hobby rooms, family rooms, third bedrooms and additional storage.
