Nine one-bedroom floor plans are available with 659 to 937 square feet. These models have one bathroom, except for the largest one-bedroom model, which has one-and-a-half bathrooms and flex space that can be used as an office or a den. There are walk-in closets in the bedrooms, balconies or patios outside, and the kitchens have an island that can accommodate seating.

Seven two-bedroom models offer 1,024 to 1,410 square feet, which include two or two-and-a-half bathrooms. These floor plans are open and spacious and include walk-in closets in the primary bedroom, a separate dining area between the kitchen and the living area, and outdoor space that’s either a balcony or a patio.
