3-Ponds, LLC began construction of The Villages at Three Ponds in 2019 and plans to build 68 single-family homes total. Developers are requesting approval for 40 additional sites. Homes range from 1,280 to 2,071 square feet and have first-floor master bedrooms, open floor plans, attached two-car garages, and back decks. Additional features are unique to the six different models available.

The Vanilla Torte model has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It comes with 1,280 square feet, a front porch, and a laundry room that’s accessible to both the bedrooms. There’s an open concept floor plan in small, ranch-style properties. The Vanilla Grande Torte is a larger ranch home, with up to 1,662 square feet, a sunroom, and options for upgrades like a three-season porch and a gas fireplace.

The Vanilla Crescent model has 1,416 square feet. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and additional options, including a rear deck option and a screened porch option. The Mallard is a model with lots of storage and laundry space. It comes with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and 1,436 square feet.

With two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and 1,956 square feet, The Orkney is an elegant model with a second-floor loft that looks over the dining room. There’s also a study and cathedral ceilings. The largest model is The Heron, which is 2,071 square feet. Two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and vaulted ceilings make the property feel even larger. There’s plenty of privacy, with the second bedroom and full bath on the second floor. There is also a study and a large, open kitchen.

Residents enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle thanks to a homeowners’ association that takes care of lawn maintenance, snow removal, public water and irrigation for the community, maintenance of all amenities, and master insurance policy. Each homeowner will be responsible for all maintenance of the entire exterior and interior of their house

The Villages at Three Ponds is located in Brentwood, New Hampshire, putting residents in the center of one of the most desirable seaside regions in New England. The community is within easy reach of daily needs and recreational opportunities.

Residents of The Villages at Three Ponds are close to any daily conveniences they need, including a grocery store that’s only two miles away. Brickyard Square Shopping Area and the Walmart Supercenter at Epping Crossing are also within a five-minute drive.

Shopping opportunities and restaurants are close to the community, which sits at the center of Route 101 and Route 125. When residents want to dine out, they can go to Bessie’s Lunch for some friendly, local cooking or Goody Cole’s Smokehouse for some southern hospitality.

The beach is only 20 minutes away from residents at The Villages at Three Ponds. Golfers will find multiple courses to play, including Apple Hill Golf Course and Kingston Fairways Golf Club in nearby Kingston.
