The homes range from 1,150 to 1,300 square feet and offer single-story living with optional finished basements. There are three models available. 

The Fairfield has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. There is an open floor plan and a deck off the kitchen. Options include a three seasons sunroom and a gas fireplace in the living area. 

The Ashworth offers an open concept, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an attached one-car garage. The master suite is in the back of the house, providing space and privacy from the second bedroom. There is also a kitchen with an island and a deck off the living room. Upgrades include a fireplace, a sun porch, and a walk-out basement. 

The Ashworth II model is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom floor plan with an open concept. French doors lead to the second bedroom, and the master suite includes a walk-in closet. This model has an attached two-car garage, a deck off the living room, and upgrade options that include a fireplace, sunroom, and finished basement.

Surrounding Area 

Thompson’s Preserve is located in Nashua, a city that embraces rural New England heritage but provides all the outlets for residents’ daily needs and fun opportunities. 

Residents of Thompson’s Preserve are close to any conveniences they may need, including grocery stores like Hannaford Market and Shaw’s. There is a Target nearby, and plenty of shopping, gas stations, and convenience stores. Pharmacy needs can be met at Walgreens. 

Thompson’s Preserve is also close to multiple health care providers, including St. Joseph Hospital and Southern New Hampshire Medical Center.  

When residents are seeking entertainment or dining options in the area they can head to the downtown area, where there are restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops. Golfers can also find multiple courses to play nearby, including Green Meadow Golf Club, Nashua Country Club, and Sky Meadow Country Club. 

Members of the community who want to visit nearby metropolitan areas are in luck. Thompson’s Preserve is not far from Manchester, and Boston is less than an hour away. For longer trips, Boston Logan International Airport is a 45-minute drive from the community.
