The Barnegat is 1,885 square feet and has two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The main floor includes a den, dining room, and great room as well as the kitchen. Upstairs is the owner’s suite, which has a balcony and a second bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in closet.

The Dover has 1,914 square feet, two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a den. The kitchen includes a center island and breakfast bar. The owner’s suite includes a walk-in closet and a bathroom with dual vanities as well as a large shower. Upstairs is a loft with another bedroom. This model includes an attached two-car garage.

The Cliffwood is 2,170 square feet with two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a den. The open floor plan on the main level includes the owner’s suite and a patio outdoors. Upstairs is a loft, a study, a second bedroom, and storage space.

    I visited the site about two months ago and only a few of the foundations were being constructed. There is really nothing on the site as yet. However, when you read the "Lifestyle" section describing the community, you get the distinct impression that it is up and running. I hope what is described will be an actuality when the homes are completed.

    Visited the site, no models are up yet ,spoke with Linda who was very helpful, the community & surrounding neighborhood looks very nice, however the lack of parking is a HUGE negative, 1 car driveways and the only additional parking is at the club house with no overnight parking.
