All homes have generous kitchen space, a combined living and dining area, and bedrooms with storage and spacious closets. Washers and dryers are also included in each unit and most homes have a patio or balcony space.

One-bedroom apartment homes have 598 to 836 square feet. These models include one or one-and-a-half bathrooms. In the two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes, there are between 836 and 1,365 square feet. One model includes a study, and most homes include a breakfast bar/kitchen island as well as walk-in closets in both bedrooms. Some homes have built-in pantries, soaking tubs, and designer upgraded light fixtures.

Private carport parking is available on request, and each resident can access two hours of time with a handyman upon move-in.
