About Edinburgh Village

Edinburg Village is an active lifestyle community located in Dayton, Ohio. The community features resale attached homes, as well as low-maintenance living so residents can relax and know their home will receive the care it needs. Edinburgh Village residents will have access to private amenities like an exercise room and outdoor pool. Edinburgh Village offers the best of Southwest Ohio, including easy access to shopping centers, golf course, and entertainment.

Edinburgh Village Amenities

The center point of Edinburgh Village is the clubhouse. It features an exercise room and a meeting room where residents can play cards or talk with neighbors. The clubhouse leads to the outdoor pool and patio with lounge chairs. Further afield is a gazebo and scenic ponds which make for a great setting for a relaxing time with friends and family.

Edinburgh Village Homes and Real Estate

Epcon Communities started construction on Edinburgh Village in 2000. Since completion the community has 80 homes. These homes come in floor plans ranging from 1,463 to 1,504 square feet of living space. They have two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-car garage. These homes include features like cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace, and optional flex room.

Edinburgh Village Lifestyle

Edinburgh Village is a low-maintenance community, included in the Homeowner’s Association Fee is snow removal, lawn care, and garbage removal. This means residents will have more time to spend swimming, playing cards at the clubhouse, or joining in on community events. Homeowner’s can also take advantage the community’s green space and play catch or host a picnic.

Area

Edinburgh Village is conveniently located south of downtown Dayton. Residents are Edinburgh Village will have easy access to many different shopping centers that host Kroger, Lock 27 Pub, Buffalo Wild Wings and many more restaurant and shopping options. Just down the street from Edinburgh Village are several medical centers, as well as nearby Miami Valley Hospital. Golfers will love the short drive to The Golf Club at Yankee Trace, one of a handful of courses in the area.

Edinburgh Village is a few minutes away from Interstate-75 and Interstate-675, allowing residents to take easy trips to nearby Cincinnati and downtown Dayton. There residents can take in a Major League Baseball game, check out the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force, or take in the various entertainment options both cities have to offer. Cincinnati is also home to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport for those looking for a relaxing vacation.
