The Montoro has 1,595 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A covered front porch is at the entry, and the kitchen includes a center island for prep work as well as seating. The Lucca has 1,700 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Options in this model include a fireplace in the living area and a vanity sitting room in the primary suite. The Easton is the only two-bedroom model, with 1,710 square feet, and two bathrooms. The primary suite includes a walk-in closet and a bathroom with dual sinks. There is also extra storage space. 

The Indalo has 1,823 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen opens into the living area, and the primary bathroom has both a tub and a separate shower. The Hayden has 1,834 square feet, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. A spacious covered porch at the front leads into a foyer, and the extra bedrooms are sometimes transformed into dens or home offices. The Jack has 1,868 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There’s a dedicated study included as well.  

The Kirkland has 1,898 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. There’s a large patio off the living room, which is spacious enough for outdoor dining. The Maverick is a 2,000-square-foot model with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There’s a flex space in addition to the bedrooms, and the primary suite has a soaking tub. The Lane has 2,144 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The primary suite includes a private sitting area. 

The Karston has 2,150 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The separate dining room leads to a backyard patio, and there is a study right off the entry. The Hunter is the community’s largest model and the only floor plan that comes with two levels. It offers 2,483 square feet, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The bedrooms and living areas are on the main level, with a loft space upstairs that can also be used as a family room or guest suite.
