About Woodlake Village

Woodlake Village is a 55+ community located in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. Homebuyers can choose from single-family homes available on a resale basis. Situated along the scenic Atlantic coastline the surrounding area provides residents of Woodlake Village with great options for entertainment and recreation. This community of 448 low-maintenance homes is perfect for today's active adult homebuyer.

Woodlake Village Amenities

At the center of Woodlake Village is the community clubhouse. Here residents have everything they need to stay physically and socially active. There is a library with hundreds of great titles from which to choose. The multi-purpose room offers a place to play some cards with neighbors or join in on one of the many clubs that meet there. Outdoors, the amenities continue with an outdoor pool, two shuffleboard courts, and two tennis courts.

Woodlake Village Homes & Real Estate

Homes in Woodlake Village are available to homebuyers on a resale basis only. These low-maintenance single-family homes range in size from 1,700 to 2,800 square feet of living space with two to three bedrooms, two to two-and-a-half bathrooms and an attached one or two-car garage. Just a few miles from the community residents can shop at the Tanger Outlet Mall or the scenic Broadway at the Beach. Golfers will enjoy the numerous opportunities to play a round at any one of the private or public courses in the area. The Myrtle Beach State Park is also within a few miles and offers some of the best opportunities for boating, swimming, and fishing. This scenic area along with convenient amenities in and out of the community makes Woodlake Village a great place to live.

What a wonderful place. I thought my state of MA was friendly this is by far the most friendly. All the homes are well-maintained and people take great pride in their community. The pool is the largest
of any I have seen while looking around for my home. That was 12
years ago, and I am still loving it here even as Indian Wells Golf
is being developed. I plan to stay
for a long time.

Nice affordable community. Security would be nice. If you live on a maid road the cars are flying. Didn't expect that in this community but it's well kept and very nice.

What a wonderful place. I thought my state of MA was friendly this is by far the most friendly. All the homes are well-maintained and people take great pride in their community. The pool is the largest
of any I have seen while looking around for my home. That was 12
