There’s hardwood-style flooring in the living area and carpet in the bedrooms. All apartment homes have a patio or balcony. Some homes have a garden tub. Four models are available.

The Oak has 689 to 872 square feet, one bedroom, and one bathroom. The kitchen includes an island, and the balcony is off the main living area. The Pecan has 783 square feet, one bedroom, and one bathroom. There’s a large walk-in closet in the bedroom. 

The Elm has 957 to 1,098 square feet, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The first bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the second bathroom has a full tub. The balcony is off the living room. The Laurel has 1,184 square feet, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The primary bathroom includes double sinks, and the large balcony is off the dining area.
