Legend Communities began construction on Tuscan Village Horseshoe Bay in 2017 and plans to offer 304 homes upon completion. There will be three separate model collections for homebuyers to choose from, these collections will include attached townhomes, single-family villas, and single-family golf estates.

The Townhouse Collection features four models that range from 1,501 to 1,790 square feet. These attached homes offer two bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a two-car garage.

The Villa Collection includes six floor plans that range from 1,774 to 2,494 square feet. These single-family homes offer two to three bedrooms and two to two-and-a-half bathrooms. Each home also has a two-car garage. All the homes will include energy-efficient designs with high-end finishing touches like tile roofs, masonry, stone, and stucco exteriors.

The Golf Estates Collection includes six spacious models. These single-family models range from 3,132 to 4,949 square feet with two to three bedrooms plus a casita, three-and-a-half to four-and-a-half bathrooms, and feature three-car garages.

Tuscan Village Horseshoe Bay Lifestyle

Residents of Tuscan Village Horseshoe Bay will enjoy living a low-maintenance lifestyle and taking advantage of a full social calendar. The community will host a full-time, on-site activities director to ensure that homeowners can look forward to activities and classes to participate in close to home. Some of the proposed activities include dance lessons and group exercise classes.

Tuscan Village Horseshoe Bay's location about an hour from Austin puts residents close to daily conveniences as well as everything the city has to offer.
