All the homes in this community are ADA accessible on a single floor and stair-free unless buyers choose to add a bonus room above the garage.
The Grandview Model is the most spacious, starting at 1,971 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There’s an option to add a bonus room, which would come with an extra full bathroom, a walk-in closet, and access to attic space. A jetted soaking tub is included in the master bathroom with the shower. The sunroom included in this model welcomes abundant natural light, and there’s also a covered front patio.
The Stratford Model provides 1,924 square feet and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an enclosed courtyard which has enough space for patio furniture and outdoor entertaining. This floor plan is unique in that it provides a double master bedroom layout. Both bedrooms come with walk-in closets and attached bathrooms. There’s also a formal foyer at the entrance of the house, where visitors can be greeted, a sunroom, and a roll-in shower.
The Windsor Court Model comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as a dedicated office space. If the 1,792 square feet aren’t enough, there’s an option for a bonus room over the two-car garage. The large soaking tub in the master bathroom comes standard in this floor plan.
Finally, there’s the Bristol Court Model, which offers 1,602 square feet and a bonus room option for buyers needing the extra space. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are standard, and this model includes an open floor plan but makes a dedicated space for a formal dining room. There’s also a patio off the master suite.
