The Morgan has 2,045 to 2,170 square feet, three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage. The main level includes the primary suite, living room, dining area, and kitchen. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a loft area, and an optional dressing room.
