About Downey Knolls

Downey Knolls is an active adult community in Elkton, Virginia. Once completed, this community will feature a clubhouse, walking trail, and nine-hole golf course. Single-family and duplex homes are available in the ranch style with first-floor living. Residents enjoy convenient access to a shopping center neighboring the community and Charlottesville is a short drive away.
