The second phase, which contains larger single-family homes, was built between 1989 and 1992. Finally, the third and final phase was constructed from 1997 to 1999 and it offers six single-family floor plan choices.

There are a total of 17 different floor plans offered at Ocean Hills Country Club that include duplex and single-family homes ranging from 971 to nearly 2,800 square feet. Because the community was built in three phases over a 15-year span, there are obvious differences in the design and styles of the homes. Some of the homes are older in appearance while others have been updated with the latest upgrades and finishes. Most homes include a 2-car garage but the smaller homes only offer a 1-car garage. All homes contain an alarm system tied into a central monitoring facility operated by the association.
