They are all ranch-style with two-car attached garages. The Oakmont and the Carlyle are available as resale homes only, whereas the Kendall is available as both new construction and resale.

For active adult homebuyers who want an attached home there are two Villa models called the Capri and the Carrington. These ranch-style duplexes offer 1,526 and 1,542 square feet and include two bedrooms plus den, two baths and a two-car attached garage. The Carrington is available as both new construction and resale, whereas the Capri is available as resale only.
