These single-family homes are available on s resale basis and have three to six bedrooms, two to five bathrooms, and an attached two to three-car garage. Some models offer second-floor options with bonus rooms and loft spaces.

Homeowner association fees cover maintenance of common areas; however, residents are responsible for the maintenance their own property. Many of the homes have scenic water views or back up to beautiful wooded areas.
