Upon completion, Canal Walk will offer 700 single-family homes, 250 townhomes and 450 condos for a total of 1,400 residences. The Reserve at Canal Walk contains single-family homes, The Enclave at Canal Walk houses the attached townhomes, and the area which includes the condominiums is simply known as Canal Walk.

In The Reserve, single-family homes, which range in size from 2,200 to 3,200 square feet, feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage. Many optional features, such as gas fireplaces, give each home its own style. Basements and lofts are also available.

The Enclave’s duplex townhomes each include three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. These beautiful homes vary in size from 1,800 to 2,100 square feet and can be customized with an optional study. They also include either a one- or two-car garage. The condos at Canal Walk are housed in a three-story building with elevators. Each unit includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private balcony and one indoor parking space.

Canal Walk Lifestyle

Canal Walk is a gated, age-restricted active adult community. One member of each household must be age 55 or better, however other residents only need to be adults over the age of 19. Like many other active adult communities, Canal Walk strives to provide its homeowners with a variety of amenities and activities. A full-time activities director is also available to help residents make the most of life at Canal Walk.

Those who choose to live in condos have their own additional amenities, but they are still welcome to use all of the amenities at the main clubhouse.
