The area is considered the equine capital of the world and is home to some of the largest freshwater springs on the continent and has a wide variety of wildlife including black bears, panthers, alligators, turkeys, and more. On a lighter note, I was an adrenaline junkie earlier in my life engaging in activities such as being a pro motorcycle racer, snowmobiling expert, hang glider pilot, and jet-ski racer.
