Betty is absolutely the BEST!! We are so grateful that she reached out to us when I was checking out the 55places online. She is so approachable, is an expert in her field, works constantly on your behalf, and stays by your side through the whole buying process. She has given us so much of her time and never seems in a hurry. She has given us many wise suggestions and provided us with much information that we needed when moving to a brand new area. My husband and I are relocating to Tennessee from NJ . Betty’s knowledge of the area is outstanding! Betty has been keeping us updated throughout the home buying process. She even FaceTimes us so we can see the progression of our home. Who does that? Betty Southworth does!!! From the first time we spoke , Betty had a great understanding of what we where looking for. She most definitely delivered. We are excited for the next chapter in life and we have Betty to thank for that. We are looking forward to having a new friend in the area. Betty will always be our go to person. Betty’s professionalisms and knowledge is unbeatable, but most importantly she is trustworthy and someone you can call a friend.

Betty Southworth is an amazing realtor. She helped us find a 55+community and home from 600 miles away. Anytime we tried to reach her with questions, she always responded or called us back almost immediately. We were fortunate to find her and we know if we have any questions or need any suggestions or help in our new area, she will be there for us!!!!
