I am a graduate of California State University at Sacramento and have a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a Concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs. In addition, I have worked with new home builders for over 25 years, and in general brokerage for over 10 years. I worked for the Del Webb Corporation as a Senior Sales Manager, Broker of Record, and Corporate Officer for 8 years earning the prestigious Sales Manager of The Year, twice, by the Sacramento Builders Association. I enjoy gardening, yoga, cooking, going to music events, traveling to wineries to enjoy wine tasting and writing wine blogs in my spare time!

Brenda reached out to use when we were contemplating purchasing a new house in El Dorado Hills at the end of last year. She met us at the sales office the very next day and showed us all around, helping us with meeting the sales representative and making sure we had our preferences known. In less than a month we were able to put a deposit on our future home in a friendly, happy community. Brenda helped us select a loan agent in case we needed one and has stayed in touch with us regularly.
The market here is so crazy I only had a chance to meet her once, but conversed via text several times. Even so that makes each instance critical to getting things in place and done. I think she did a great job including a dealing with a personal adversity at the same time. Well done!
Brenda met with us on several occasions as we were contemplating moving to the greater Sacramento area from Santa Clara. She showed us several properties in Roseville and El Dorado Hills, pointing out the amenities and advantages of each. When we finally decided on Four Seasons in El Dorado Hills, she helped us navigate through a challenging purchase process involving the Sellers representing two family Trusts.
