Brenda Sims has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1989, specializing in residential home sales with a passion for clients in the 55+ Active Adult market and is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist with the National Association of Realtors.
Brenda worked for several of the Sacramento area's leading home builders, including Larchmont Homes/Ryland Homes, Elliott Homes, Reynen & Bardis Communities, and Richmond American Homes. She gained national recognition when she won the Best of the Best Award for sales excellence.
Brenda's experience also includes Broker of Record/Senior Sales Manager for Del Webb’s Northern California Active Adult Communities. We have known Brenda for five years when we first started lookin for a 55 plus community. She has made the search fun with her extensive knowledge, cheerful disposition and love for her work. Brenda has given excellent advise and has a network of people she can call on to create a team to make a seamless buying experience. She has a discerning eye when walking through a home. She is on top of every phase of the buying experience. I can't imagine getting our home without Brenda!

Brenda reached out to use when we were contemplating purchasing a new house in El Dorado Hills at the end of last year. She met us at the sales office the very next day and showed us all around, helping us with meeting the sales representative and making sure we had our preferences known. In less than a month we were able to put a deposit on our future home in a friendly, happy community. Brenda helped us select a loan agent in case we needed one and has stayed in touch with us regularly.

The market here is so crazy I only had a chance to meet her once, but conversed via text several times. Even so that makes each instance critical to getting things in place and done. I think she did a great job including a dealing with a personal adversity at the same time. Well done!
