Carol is very responsive and shares info about NC and the real estate market freely. I’m considering a move to NC from OH, so my knowledge is weak and need an expert on relocating in this real estate market. So far, she’s terrific!!!!

Carol made our home buying experience wonderful! She was a FIERCE advocate for us and a great liaison with the seller agent. Super organized. Always willing to go the extra mile. We built long-distance and she frequently went by our house to check on items for us-even slogging through the mud to check on the foundation. She also was able to hook us up with a great inspector for pre and post drywall inspections. Building a new home is never stress free but with Carol on your side, most of the stress was gone.
