About Carol Buckanavage

Carol made our home buying experience wonderful! She was a FIERCE advocate for us and a great liaison with the seller agent. Super organized. Always willing to go the extra mile. We built long-distance and she frequently went by our house to check on items for us-even slogging through the mud to check on the foundation. She also was able to hook us up with a great inspector for pre and post drywall inspections. Building a new home is never stress free but with Carol on your side, most of the stress was gone. We have bought and sold a number of homes over the years and Carol was the best agent we ever had working for us!

When my husband and I were ready to look at houses we were contacted by several realtors. After my conversation with Carol I knew I wanted her to help us with our search. The aggressive market made us very anxious, a few times we couldn’t even see a new listing because it sold before actual viewings. Carol kept us informed at all times. When we found our place(not 55+ exclusive but the majority of residents are) she expertly guided us through the whole process. She answered my husband’s many, many(!) questions.and calls. He actually didn’t want to move into a house at all until Carol found us the perfect fit. Everything went great, and even the few small snags( not on her part) she was able to expedite quickly. She is very easy going and professional at the same time. We highly recommend her!!!

I began working with Carol in the fall of 2017 when I was planning a visit to the Charlotte area as part of our retirement home search. Carol set up appointments for us in 4 different 55+ communities and we actually found one that we loved. Since then Carol has been a point of contact for us with the builder and most recently visited the building sites for us when lots were released and I could not get to Charlotte to see them myself. Now that we have signed our contract ,Carol will be with us during our selection process, and field meetings and has offered to send us photos as the house progresses.
