Our local area is particularly great for 55+ homebuyers because of its short winter, pleasant spring and fall seasons, and central location in the state, providing easy access to all beaches and attractions. For those interested in 55+ communities, my tip is to come for a visit to actually view the communities and get a firsthand experience. On a personal note, I have two grandchildren, and I love engaging in fun activities with them.

This was my very first trip to Ocala looking for my last home since retirement! Beth sent me listing before I arrived from SC to look through. She listened to my comments and understood what type of house I was looking for which saved time. I found a home that met my needs and made an offer my last day in Ocala. She kept me in the loop with all of the info on the required inspections etc. everything ran relatively smoothly. A great agent to work!! I highly recommend her services and recommendations.
Beth was professional and always there for us. She was very responsive and would get an answer to any question regardless if it was from the seller, their realtor, lender, insurer or tile company. She also provided information about utilities. She was happy to drive us around to any home at almost any time. Friendly and knowledgeable.
