I love about being a real estate agent for 55+ communities because of the strong connection I share with these individuals—they are truly my people, and I enjoy a great rapport with them. In terms of professional experience, I've been a licensed real estate agent since 2004. Our local area is particularly great for 55+ homebuyers because of its short winter, pleasant spring and fall seasons, and central location in the state, providing easy access to all beaches and attractions. For those interested in 55+ communities, my tip is to come for a visit to actually view the communities and get a firsthand experience. On a personal note, I have two grandchildren, and I love engaging in fun activities with them.

She was the agent for the seller so I don’t I don’t feel she represented my best interests. I had to fight to get everything on the inspection done. She was not forthcoming with requirements of the community. She did not get her client to close in a timely manner so she held up my movers because she hadn’t given me the key to the house. I did not feel represented at all.
