Jackie and her husband Pete helped us sell our old home and buy a new one in Holiday Heights. Throughout the process of buying and selling, she was as professional and on her game as it gets. ALWAYS available and ALWAYS on it. She was with us at every turn and gave us great advice and helped us to find a terrific home and Attorney who we used for both the buy and the sell !! If I could give Jackie 100 stars I would. Jackie was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond every step of the way. During negotiations she even met a HVAC guy at the house when we could not. She gave us so many resources and guided through the entire process. Her response time to text and emails were immediate. She was always pleasant, optimistic, and honest. We really hit the lottery when we connected with Jackie.

I reached out to Jackie Paterno in early 2023 wanting to inquire about 55 and over housing in Toms River. At the time, I told Jackie that I was not ready to relocate and that I was focusing on 2024 as a realistic purchasing date. Throughout the year, Jackie would check in with me providing me with tons of valuable information as well as listings and market trends. I have been in my new home for almost two years . I loved working with Jackie , she was honest and pointed out any flaws that she saw in the homes we viewed . That being said I never thought I would have such an active and fun filled retirement as I do . I love it here . I think the retirement communities are NJ’s best kept secret . I have to go now . I am meeting a friend to sit on beach and walk on boardwalk .
