I reached out to Jackie Paterno in early 2023 wanting to inquire about 55 and over housing in Toms River. At the time, I told Jackie that I was not ready to relocate and that I was focusing on 2024 as a realistic purchasing date. Throughout the year, Jackie would check in with me providing me with tons of valuable information as well as listings and market trends. I have been in my new home for almost two years . I loved working with Jackie , she was honest and pointed out any flaws that she saw in the homes we viewed . That being said I never thought I would have such an active and fun filled retirement as I do . I love it here . I think the retirement communities are NJ’s best kept secret . I have to go now . I am meeting a friend to sit on beach and walk on boardwalk .

Jackie and Pete went above and beyond to find the house of our dreams. From day one my wife and I knew that both Jackie and Pete would find us everything we were looking for in a house. I can’t tell you how many houses we looked at but when we finally thought we found the perfect house Pete wanted to show us one more house. After driving around trying to find this house I finally said its ok we found the house we wanted to put an offer on. The last house that Jackie and Pete showed us was exactly what we wanted....
