Moved here two months ago and we are thrilled with our new home. We are still finding our way around the area and arranging for new Doctors but we are making progress. We can't wait for our Club House and more restaurants to open fully. Also looking forward to much beach time which is one of the primary reasons we moved here.

I love it here, but I wish the community would update the clubhouse to include treadmills, weights, etc. I have heard this from many people. I still work and it would be great when I come home at night, especially the winter, to go and use the treadmill. the next generation coming into the community are exercise conscience.;)

Found my happy place! I'm here almost a year and met so many wonderful people. Close to the beach, stores, etc. Best thing I ever did was to move to this community.

Homes here are a tremendous value. The clubhouses are very active and there are always lots of activities as well as seasonal parties planned. All the shopping and conveniences you need are along Route 70.

Great bang for your buck! We have 2 houses here....1 for us and we just got 1 for Mom! Why buy a shore house when you are only 20 minutes away from the beach! (Get your free pass to Island Beach State Park if you are old enough - what a bargain!) And......you don't have to have high priced flood insurance! You own your own house AND LAND with Low taxes, low utility costs and low maintenance fee make this place a great location to retire and be only 1 and a half hours drive from NYC or Phily! Atlantic City and the airport less than 1 hour away - park your car cheaply and jump on that flight to Las Vegas, Orlando or the islands. Why travel to Newark or JFK when you get go all over the world from Atlantic City.
Holiday City at Berkeley is an established community, close to good doctors and services, stores of all kinds and tons of activities. Two nice clubhouses with lots of clubs round out living here.
My grandparents knew what they were doing when they moved here in 1972 and this bargain in retirement housing here in NJ consistently remains a cherished "secret"!

Holiday City is a very casual and welcoming community. There are activities every single day. You will never be bored living here! The homes are older and priced right. You can find some really great deals on homes that need some TLC or you can get a nicely updated home too. Even the updated homes are still reasonable in price.
