Honestly, we wish we could add more stars to Lance's rating! My husband and I got a follow-up call after our initial inquiry into 55places, and it was our good fortune to have Lance be the one to contact us. This was a big move for us relocating to the area and Lance made us comfortable the entire time we interacted, whether by phone, text, e-mail or in person. He was never pushy. Lance quickly figured out what it was we were looking for, our tastes, and the fact that we were not going to settle just to get a house. Lance attended numerous lot lotteries on our behalf and included us via FaceTime each time. We finally were fortunate enough to get our lot and model we chose, thanks in a large part to Lance's perseverance. I believe Lance is almost as excited for our success as we are! It will be another year before our house is built, but no doubt, Lance will be with us for that part of our journey. We strongly recommend Lance to anyone considering the purchase or sale of a home. He will not push or pester you, but instead share his wealth of knowledge of the area and find you the right home when you are truly ready. Over our 40 years of buying and selling homes, we have found the best in realtors, and added a friend.

Met Lance about a year ago. I was expressing my interest in the area but not ready to buy. He took the time to show me several areas I had interest in but not much knowledge of. Over the last year I received notifications of properties for sale. We had intermittent contact by email. He was always there to answer my questions. When the property I am in the process of buying came up on my notifications he hadn't even seen it yet, but when I called about it and was all excited about it and asked him to check it out, he put himself immediately available and went to do a video walk thru. To me it represents a true professional willing to put himself out for his customer. He continues to be most helpful in the process of buying the home. In fact I think Lance is as excited for me as I am purchasing this home! I would recommend him to anyone looking for Real Estate services.❤

Lance is a great guy. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for and found us the right place for our needs. He is very personable and followed through with all the necessary items that we needed for our closing. He was very patient and took the
