Having Lance Kotowski as your realtor is like having a trusted family member helping you through every step – even after your real estate transaction closes! In every situation that arose, Lance was always our advocate. Not once did he pressure us into any action. When the seller got testy with us, Lance made it clear we would not just acquiesce. He even gave us access to sources he knew would help us with move in and handy persons. Best real estate experience we have ever had had!

Honestly, we wish we could add more stars to Lance’s rating! My husband and I got a follow-up call after our initial inquiry into 55places, and it was our good fortune to have Lance be the one to contact us. This was a big move for us relocating to the area and Lance made us comfortable the entire time we interacted, whether by phone, text, e-mail or in person. He was never pushy. Met Lance about a year ago. I was expressing my interest in the area but not ready to buy. He took the time to show me several areas I had interest in but not much knowledge of.
