Lauren is an absolute super star realtor! My husband and I were relocating from NY along with my parents and she helped both of us find the perfect home. We started our search about years before we actually had a move date and Lauren stuck with us the entire time. Lauren is detail oriented and oversaw the construction of both of our homes. Nothing gets by her! She was also so very caring and compassionate during such an emotional time in our lives. Lauren searched endlessly to be sure we found exactly what we wanted and she never gave up – even when I wanted to! Lauren became not only our realtor but a trusted friend. We consider her a part of the family and are so grateful that we were blessed to be connected with her.

When we were looking for 55+ homes, we wanted to get more information. I selected “Connect with Lauren” and left a message. Within 15 min I got a friendly call from Lauren who helped answer my questions. We were from out of state, and we visited to look at homes, Lauren had come up with a plan to show us all of the communities we wanted to see. She also setup showings for preowned homes. We had a model in mind but the ones they had available were not of the lots we were looking for. That evening, the financing of a wonderful home fell through and we got a call and pics from Lauren who helps us snatch up a great deal! Lauren is a wonderful realtor. Lauren is absolutely amazing! I came out from northern CA over four days to find a retirement home for myself. I never had bought a home before as I lived fourteen years overseas and could never afford a house in CA. She showed me several Dell Webb homes in Summerville that needed kitchen updates done to them. She then took me to Horizons at Summers Corner and I felt this was a better fit for me. I did not find a site I initially fell in love with but she kept in touch with me and showed me other properties that were coming up in the area via the computer. She helped me to realize that I really wanted a home on the water rather than spending less money for another site. When a water site became available I basically bought it from CA and came out for closing. She helped me with the closing and even helped me with my warantees on my appliances. She is truly a caring person and really helped me through my purchase of my first home. I would highly recommend working with her!
