After raising all 4 children she now has the time to be a Full-time time Real Estate Agent. With Melody’s outgoing personality, she has never met a stranger and enjoys helping others. Melody is never afraid to go the extra mile for her clients! She has extensive home-building knowledge due to being married to Custom Home Builder. Melody Branham is fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with her. I started working with Melody in Nov. 2023. I went to SC to view homes that Melody had found for me in Mar. 2024 and although I wasn’t ready to buy yet, Melody continued to stay in touch. Melody is the most responsive and efficient real estate agent I know. She stays on top of everything the buyer needs to know to make the transaction go smoothly. If there is a glitch in the works (as there typically is), she takes care of the problem to the best of her ability. She is easy to work with and listens to the customers needs. Melody is a true gem! She is so caring and knowledgeable about the area. I was coming in from out of town and found her to be the perfect host! She listened to my needs and organized each day for me. She kept me informed and went out of her way to make sure everything was done right, from contract to construction to closing! I adore her and highly recommend!
