After raising all 4 children she now has the time to be a Full-time time Real Estate Agent. With Melody’s outgoing personality, she has never met a stranger and enjoys helping others. Melody is the most responsive and efficient real estate agent I know. She stays on top of everything the buyer needs to know to make the transaction go smoothly. If there is a glitch in the works (as there typically is), she takes care of the problem to the best of her ability. She is easy to work with and listens to the customers needs. Melody is a true gem! She is so caring and knowledgeable about the area. I was coming in from out of town and found her to be the perfect host! She listened to my needs and organized each day for me. She kept me informed and went out of her way to make sure everything was done right, from contract to construction to closing! I adore her and highly recommend!

You couldn’t ask for a more helpful or knowledgeable realtor. I was going to buy a certain house because I was in a time crunch and she didn’t feel I was excited enough to buy it. She told me that house wasn’t right for me and drove me an hour and a half to see a house I would truly love and I did! She filled in for me at house inspections and made phone calls on my behalf. You will be well taken care of by Melody.
