We love to help the seniors find the perfect match, which is not always just the house, but we need to help them find the town and the community that fits them best. We listen to their needs and wants and build our searches from there. This group of clients usually have very specific things they want in their new home, so listening is key! I am part of the Muldowney Family Team, a team consisting of my husband and 2 daughters. I am a certified SRES specialist and have held my real estate license since 2003. Our team brings to you our knowledge of the area from being residents since 1978. We like to build relationships with our clients, and it is a proven asset, since many list with us should they decide to move again. Our motto is "our family helping your family". We love to show our area to prospective residents. We set up what we call "Gilligans 3 Hour tour", but we will bring you back. We set up 3 or 4 communities based on your criteria and showcase to you not only the homes, but the lifestyle by including a clubhouse visit. This gives you a chance to meet residents and employees. As local residents since 1978, we can help them with medical referrals, attractions, restaurants and so much more. Some may say, I want a great place to fish. Well, we had a boat and we told them what buoy to go to. Or, they want to go kayaking, we have kayaks, and tell them about some back bay quiet area. There is not one thing we can tell them, we can tell them EVERYTHING On a personal note my husband and I love to travel but don't worry, our daughters are here running the business. Truthfully, our clients never know we are away during a transaction, in that the girls handle the appointments, and then I handle the phone and computer. Once at a closing we told a client that we had been on the west coast during his transaction and he said, oh no, I called you at 9 AM. I replied, yes you did and it was 6 AM where we were, but you never knew, because we run our business seamlessly.
