Nancy spent 25 years in the customer service industry in a banking career, so it was a perfect transition into the real estate market. She brings to the table her extensive knowledge of all the adult communities in Ocean County, along with her strong communication and negotiation skills.
Nancy is a past president of the Great Bay Rotary Club and has been honored with the prestigious Paul Harris Fellow award. She has earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, and the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award from 2004-2020. She has also been a Five Star Professional for over 10 years. Nancy is thrilled to work with her husband Gary and two daughters, Debra and Jennifer, as the Muldowney Family Team.

I recently listed and sold my mothers home in Pheasant Run in Barnegat with Realtors Nancy and Gary Muldowney, a great team with the Van Dyke Group of Manahawkin, NJ.
My mom has moved into assisted living and because I live out of state, there were many instances where they jumped in and helped me with issues without me asking, which saved me a lot of travel time!
I highly recommend this caring, knowledgeable team who will guide you through the emotional time dealing with an aging parent’s home!

Nancy and Gary were very nice to work with and helped us find the perfect house. Nancy was great with emails and phone calls and Gary went above and beyond to help us get rid of stuff that previous owner left behind. Highly recommend these folks.
