My husband and I began looking for a home in the Ocala area around January of 2021. We contacted Russ while we were still living in Iowa and told him what we interested in and our plans for moving to Ocala around May or June. We went back to Memphis, and he continued to provide us with information about new homes in the market. We selected one from those and asked him to send us a video, which he did immediately. We made an offer and got the contract right away! We traveled back to Ocala, before the closing and were able to see the property before the closing, which was on November 30, 2019.
