Sandy started her real estate career in 2003 as an agent in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and in 2006 became a licensed broker and owner of her own brokerage. She moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, where she currently enjoys an active lifestyle in Sun City Carolina Lakes, a Del Webb community 7 miles south of Charlotte. When she's not helping her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, golfing, reading, and traveling.

Sandy was FANTASTIC to work with! She tried to match our the type of home we desired with what was on the market, which was very difficult during a post-COVID market. She is easy to talk to, attentive, caring and knows real-estate! She is also very knowledgeable about home construction so is able to point out small things in a home that might be of some concern to a potential buyer and suggest corrections or warns of future problems. Found sandy in a random search for a broker with 55+ properties experience We quickly found her to be a great asset in finding properties and in providing opinion and guidance on the neighborhoods, builders, pricing etc It took almost 2 years to find the home we wanted but she stayed in contact through that time and made sure we didn’t miss an opportunity. We contacted Sandy in 2018, at which time she was gracious enough to give us a tour of Sun City, even though we advised her that we would not be purchasing for a few years. She was so patient and honest with us during our recent home search and helped us find our new home here in South Carolina. I believe that she is a person of very high integrity and we totally trust her judgement from the beginning of our search to the closing of our home and beyond.
