Steve is an exceptional realtor. I moved from Michigan to Arizona. I flew out and Steve spent two days showing me homes. He either answered or immediately found the answer to every question that arose and shared every supporting document. He keeps himself totally accessible at all times. The real estate business is not conducted exactly the same in Arizona as it is in Michigan and some of the verbiage is a bit different. Steve stayed right by me every step of the way and continued to assist me even after closing. He is a great guy and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home in Maricopa county.

I first reached out to Stephen when I was just visiting Arizona to look at 55+ communities to see what options and amenities were available. Stephen set up some visits in a couple of communities understanding we were probably not going to buy for over a year. He also let me know where open houses were being conducted so I could “roam” on my own and speak freely to the staff at the open houses. After we narrowed down some communities he set us up for our notifications where we were send properties that met the criteria we felt were important – Size, Price, Number of Bedrooms etc. This made reviewing properties from Chicago much easier and helped us get an understanding of the Market. When circumstances changed 5 months later we contacted him and told him we were ready to buy and the community we were interested in. He helped us narrow our search and made sure we saw houses that were in our price range, had the number of bedrooms and even found us the needle in a haystack – a house with a pool. After visiting 8-12 properties with Stephen we decided we wanted to make an offer and he guided us through the process as well as the risk/rewards of the negotiating process. We were able to get our offer accepted, went through the inspection and appraisal process and closed 31 days after our inital offer. Extremely efficient process and we felt we wasted no time at house/communities that didn’t meet our desires. I would highly recommend Stephen if you are looking for a house in the West Valley.
