About Tammy McKenzie

Tammy discovered her passion for real estate while searching for her first home. Captivated by the culture and diversity of the Lowcountry, she recognized the region's wide range of lifestyle opportunities and knew it was where she wanted to help others find their place. A longtime resident of Beaufort, she has lived in the area her entire adult life and, along with her husband, raised their son in the Beaufort County School District. Before transitioning into real estate, Tammy served the Beaufort community as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Beaufort Memorial and as a Paramedic with Beaufort County EMS. Her background in healthcare reflects a lifelong dedication to serving others—a quality she brings into every real estate transaction. As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Tammy combines her personal experience as a Marine Corps brat, a Veteran’s spouse, and more recently, an Air Force mom, to support military families relocating to and from the area. Her understanding of the unique challenges of military moves allows her to provide both practical support and genuine empathy to those she serves. Known for her honesty, integrity, and tireless work ethic, Tammy is committed to negotiating the best possible outcomes for her clients—from the first conversation to well beyond the closing table.
