Terry was a great agent and helped us purchase a home in the Mebane, NC area, which is probably outside of his normal service area. Terry researched the Mebane area and based on specifications we provided, presented several homes that met our criteria. We purchased this home without ever actually visiting the home, but relied on visits to the home by Terry and several video showings. Terry was a great communicator and kept us informed during the buying process. He timely followed up on any issues and ensured the purchase was seamless and smooth. Terry was a great find as we began our search to move to Raleigh/Durham area of NC .. He was so hands on, always letting us know about new developments opening up as well as resales. When we settled on our new home development, he was with us every step of the way, setting up phone calls with the builder, taking videos and photos of the land and house in progress! We truly could not have found the perfect area and home if not for Terry, he is awesome!!!

Terry has been an outstanding Realtor. His knowledge of Raleigh and it’s surrounding areas is amazing. He knows everything from Durham, Cary and Apex to Clayton, Smithfield and Knightdale. He helped us find our community and guided us through every step of our new build in Clayton. He always had follow up questions for the builder and was there for us every step of the way. We could not have asked for a better realtor. He knows his work and is the best at what he does!

Other reviews are accurate – Terry is the Best realtor for 55+ in the Raleigh area. He is extremely knowledgeable, gracious, easy to work with, organized, and honest when introducing us to the 55+ communities in the Raleigh area. As it was our first visit to NC, we were just doing some early research and at least a year away from purchase. While Terry was aware of our general wants (new construction, house size, etc.) and timeline, he also quickly identified other features we desired. He was extremely generous with his time, answering our many questions, and even showing us several future new developments....
