Terry was great in helping us find a home. While we were touring homes, he sat back and assessed what our likes and dislikes were. This helped in narrowing down searches. He was able to adjust when we did a 180 on what kind of property we were interested in. This reduced the time from finding a home to making an offer. He kept us informed and directed us throughout the purchasing process. Fantastic individual and was happy to have him as our realtor.

We came to Raleigh looking to see if we wanted to relocate here from Florida. We had never been to Raleigh before and only knew about the area from internet research. Terry did an outstanding job showing us the Raleigh area as well as Over 55 Communities. He is organized, thoughtful, a good communicator. He helped lay out for us the positive and negatives of each development and how that fit in with the objectives we wanted to meet. We are not relocating to Raleigh at this time, but should our plans change, we will be back to work with Terry, no doubt.
