Asteria™ is a unique lifestyle community of new construction homes in Pittsboro, North Carolina. Part of the Storyliving by Disney™ brand, this is an opportunity for homebuyers to enjoy a private, amenity-rich community of 4,000 homes reflecting some of the most treasured themes and characters from Disney Imagineers.

Residents at Asteria™ have amenities available through the Second Star Club, which honors the celestial compass in Peter Pan. Other Disney films will show up throughout the community as well. The Second Star Club offers club spaces, including a wellness center and a two-story restaurant, Marquet Hall.

There will be shuffleboard and ping pong, and a special center for 55+ residents only, called Longtable Lodge. The Studios are creative spaces where residents can focus on woodworking, quilting, and crafts. 

Lost Key Cottage is a five-bedroom house that residents can reserve for private parties, special events, and overnight guests.

Outside, Asteria™ residents can enjoy a gathering lawn and event pavilion. There’s a family-friendly pool as well as an adults-only pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a playground.   

Asteria™ Homes & Real Estate

DMB Development began construction of Asteria™ in 2026, and sales are expected to begin in 2027, with pricing to be announced at a later date. There are 4,000 residences planned, and they will be single-family homes and multi-family townhomes. Asteria™ will welcome homeowners of all ages, with some residences reserved for 55+ active adults.
