She is a gem! She helped me buy my house and also helped BOTH my daughters buy their first homes. She was very patient and did not flinch when I asked her to see yet another house. She was particularly helpful when it was time to submit an offer and saved me over $10,000! Very pleasant and knowledgeable and I will definitely use her again when it comes time to sell!

Theresa helped us sell our house in less than one week. She gave us advice on how to sell it faster and for more money. We invest in new carpets and painted the entire home, getting our money back quickly. She also helped us find our current home. She was super patient with us while we toured multiple homes to find our current one. Theresa is the best Realtor I have worked with.
