Tim was very helpful for a few months prior to our coming up and visiting. We bought a new home, but like I said he reached out to us with valuable info.

Tim is very knowledgeable about the area. Coming from NY and not being familiar with the area was hard, but he addresses our needs and found us the perfect home. The only downside was the attorney he recommended. Do not use Tide Law. In Myrtle Beach.

Tim is a Beach Gem! He is extremely personable and also very knowledgeable about the Myrtle Beach area. We are moving from PA and wanted to explore different neighborhoods and new housing development options. He spent several days taking us all around and sharing different amenity communities to understand the range of availability within our budget.
Then when Covid hit, he kept us up to date online with how things were evolving around the MB area. We finally landed on a home in North Myrtle away from the touristy area but only a 5 min drive to one of the lesser visited beaches!!
Thanks Tim for helping to make our Dream Come True!!
