Yvette, raised in Los Angeles, California, has three adult children and two stepchildren. She aims to ensure all her children become homeowners by the age of 30. Yvette's journey as a homebuyer in 1996, coupled with her dissatisfaction with six real estate agent's services, propelled her to obtain her real estate license. Commencing as a sales associate with ReMax in Inglewood, California, in 1997, she swiftly acquired her broker's license by July 2000, subsequently establishing a small office in Los Angeles with four agents. Following the market downturn in 2007, she transitioned her focus to property management. However, her passion for assisting buyers and sellers led her back to the real estate field, prompting her to join Keller Williams Realty in 2014. In 2024, she ventured into independence, founding her brokerage, The Hitchens Team at Pacific Estates. With twenty-six years of experience, Yvette has not only assisted clients but has also instructed courses mandated by the California Department of Real Estate.
