If you want ever increasing annual fees and no input towards what gets done in your community this is the place for you! Depending on area if you like seeing homeless hanging around buy here. Crime is on the rise, and the HOA does not have enough people to take care of property violations. One of the costs to purchase here is a buy in fee which covers new projects. $5k+ and the annual property fee $650 (rec center upkeep) and rising so if you are unable to use the recreation centers it would be money lost. Few places to eat, most low end. Other than grocery stores no shopping. Recreation centers nice, Golf ok.
