There’s a separate dining area and options include sliding glass doors and a fireplace in the living room.

The Stagecraft offers 2,688 to 2,694 square feet and an attached four-car garage. There’s plenty of storage, and the owner’s suite includes a walk-in closet and a bathroom with dual sinks. All bedrooms include walk-in closets and the kitchen has a huge pantry.

The Lindo brings owners 2,853 to 2,855 square feet. There’s an attached two-car garage and then an additional one-car garage on the other side of the courtyard near the entry.  There’s a separate dining area and the covered back patio is just off the owner’s suite.

The Farallon model has 2,948 to 2,954 square feet and an attached three-car garage. Spacious bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and there’s also a study right off the courtyard entry. The kitchen has a center island and there’s an option for an extended covered patio.

The Kellner offers 2,996 to 3,000 square feet and has an attached three-car garage. The gourmet kitchen includes a walk-in pantry and a center island with plenty of room for seating. There’s a study just off the entry and a family foyer with extra storage.

The Maryvale is a model with 3,122 to 3,144 square feet and an attached two-car garage. There’s an expansive butler’s pantry in the kitchen and a large courtyard in front of the home. The garage includes extra storage space and the owner’s suite has a dedicated vanity in the bathroom as well as an oversized walk-in closet.

The Kierland is a 3,268 square-foot model with an attached two-car garage. All bedrooms have privacy, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms. There’s a study, and the family room is separate from the dining area and the bonus television room.
