Hughes Development designed all the homes inside of this community specifically for active adult homebuyers.

Verde Groves is located north of Highway 60 between Val Vista Drive and Higley Road. I've only been here at VG for 2.5 months, but I love it. The homes are well-built; the property is extremely well-maintained; and the clubhouse facilities are nothing short of fantastic! I also like that it's a private, gated community that's close to everything that I want or need. I couldn't be more pleased with my choice of Verde Groves.
I've lived here a few months now and it's been pretty good. I needed something simple and somewhat close to the airport where I work part-time. Since I still work I wanted something maintenance-free to give me the opportunity to actually enjoy the free time I do have. My home was a good value and I'm happy here so far.
