    CantaMia in Goodyear, Arizona, is a brand new gated community that is already catching the eye of many Phoenix-bound active adults and retirees. Built by Joseph Carl Homes, CantaMia will have 1,700 residences which will include both attached and detached homes. CantaMia is designed for residents aged 55 or better, yet it is located within the larger community of Estrella, which is open to all ages.
