Builders Cornerstone Homes announced that they will be adding a new phase to the Barley Woods community in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Cornerstone Homes began construction on Barley Woods in 2017, and upon completion it will include 124 attached and single-family homes. These models also include options like granite countertops and hardwood floors. New homes range from the high $200s to the mid $300s. Each home is made to be comfortable and liveable for active adults.
