Residences feature generous living areas, gourmet island kitchens, elegant owners’ suites, ample storage space, and a garage to accommodate either two or three cars. Active adult homebuyers can also add an optional second floor to create more living space.

Each home also includes a private courtyard. Homeowners can use this space for entertaining guests, gardening, or simply enjoying the pleasant Georgia climate. Residents pay a reasonable homeowners’ association fee, which covers yard maintenance.
