The Meridian at Del Webb Bexley is now open!

The highlight of the new Del Webb Bexley community is its 19,000-square-foot clubhouse, which is now open. In 2018, premier 55+ homebuilder Del Webb broke ground on their latest community in Land O’ Lakes, Florida. The clubhouse will be the center of activities for this 850-home community located within the planned community of Bexley.

Del Webb Bexley’s Clubhouse

The Meridian is Del Webb Bexley’s clubhouse and the center of social activities for the community. The conference room and ballroom provide space for interest clubs or planned activities like seminars and movie nights. Residents can meet more casually at the Crow’s Nest Bistro and Sports Bar, which has indoor seating as well as seating on an outdoor patio.

Like many of Del Webb’s communities, Bexley’s Lifestyle Director will keep residents socially active with events, classes, and group activities. Also, residents can stay active in group exercise classes in the movement studio or through individual training at the fitness center.

Outside, the resort-style pool offers residents a place to relax. The pool and patio include awnings and covered lanais for residents to enjoy the outdoors in the sun or shade. Residents will also be able to stay active by playing a match of tennis, pickleball, or bocce ball on the courts located next to The Meridian.

Scenic Landscapes

True to the area’s name, scenic lakes and ponds sit next to the homes at Del Webb Bexley. The community is located on 10-acres of land, which includes the water features as well as the wetland preserve. Residents can enjoy the landscape on scenic walking trails located throughout the community. The next development of amenities will include an event lawn, a dog park, and a community garden, all offering additional opportunities to enjoy the sunny Florida climate.

Customizable Homes Now for Sale

When complete, Del Webb Bexley will include 850 single-family homes. Prospective homebuyers can now choose from 18 floor plans in a variety of styles, layouts, and sizes. As with all new Del Webb communities, buyers can customize their home to meet their needs. All homes have two-car garages, open floor plans, quality building materials, and optional energy-saving materials. Homeowners can also customize finishes like cabinets, flooring and countertops, and layouts.

The Garden series offers the most compact homes, ranging from 1,372 to 2,315 square feet with two and four bedrooms and two and three-and-a-half baths. They also include outdoor spaces like porches and patios. These homes start in the mid $200s.

The Classics series is slightly larger, offering two to five bedrooms and two to three baths. Starting in the high $200s, these homes range between 1,659 and 3,070 square feet.

The Estate series includes the largest homes, ranging from 2,488 to 3,950 square feet with two to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half to four-and-a-half baths. These customizable homes start in the high $300s.

While Del Webb Bexley has plenty to offer within the community, residents can also enjoy the amenities of the planned community of Bexley. The community has walking and biking trails, parks, a cafe, and a community club with pools. Residents are also near everyday amenities.
