There’s been a lot of buzz since Del Webb announced plans to build 547 homes in the master-planned community of RiverLights. Located in Wilmington, North Carolina, RiverLights has been a hot ticket for homebuyers looking to live in Coastal North Carolina. Even more so since Del Webb joined in on the fun.
Now the builder has hit another milestone in construction of Del Webb Wilmington with the opening of a 15,000 square-foot clubhouse. Joined by the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, homeowners of Del Webb Wilmington were able to cut the ribbon on the new facility.
Residents now have access to a private, state-of-the-art amenity center that includes a fitness center, multi-purpose room for clubs and groups, and an indoor pool. Outdoors, there’s a pool, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, and an event lawn.
While Del Webb Wilmington is still under construction, the community’s first homeowners moved in last year. As the community expands, prospective buyers have the choice between eleven different floor plans in three collections: Passport, Expedition, and Pinnacle. With a new, glitzy clubhouse now open, it’s likely even more active adults will be looking towards Del Webb Wilmington as their new home.
