Started in 2015, this active adult community contains 98 single-family homes built by Grenadier Homes. Residences range from 1,806 to more than 3,000 square feet. These energy-efficient homes feature artisan touches and architectural details such as vaulted ceilings, exterior shutters, and 60-inch turning radiuses in living and sleeping areas.

Some of the remaining models feature flex rooms that could serve as a wine room or home office while others include European-style walk-in showers, spacious walk-in closets connected to the laundry room, and extended double vanities in the bathroom.

All homes in Orchard Flower include courtyards or front porches and covered patios, allowing homeowners to entertain outside and take advantage of the pleasant North Texas climate.
