Homes within Province are available in a wide variety of styles and sizes. Single-family and attached designs originally built by Engle Homes are now only available on a resale basis. These include 190 villas and a number of single-family homes. Villas range from 1,172 to 1,702 square feet and may include one to three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a two-car garage.
Single-family homes designed by Engle Homes were offered in three collections: Province Villages, Province Traditions, and Province Estates. Depending on the model, these homes may include two to four bedrooms, two to three-and-a-half bathrooms and a two- to three-and-a-half-car garage. They typically range from 1,487 to over 2,800 square feet.
Homes designed by Meritage Homes are now available on either a resale or new construction basis. They are also available in three collections: Verdana, Vista, and Pinnacle. Homes throughout these collections offer diverse floor plans with sizes ranging from 1,214 to just over 2,400 square feet. Models may include two or three bedrooms, separate dens, two full bathrooms and a two- or three-car garage.
